Chicken in tomato sauce























Serves 4 portions

Ingredients

1 medium chicken cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons oil
1 can (250g) of tomato sauce for meatless pasta
1/2 cup water


Preparation

In a frying pan or pan, heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown on both sides.
Add the tomato sauce and water.
Cover and cook until tender.

Serve with a batter, or white rice and mashed potatoes
Can freeze for 3 months
