Ingredients:
250 g of green tagliarini
6 medium shrimp cleaned
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Half Sicilian Lemon Juice
Fresh thyme to taste
6 cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic
half sliced purple onion
4 black olives
Sesame to taste
Pecorino cheese slices
Method of preparation:
In a deep pan, boil water to cook the tagliarini. Season the prawns with the olive oil, the salt, the pepper, the lemon juice and the thyme. Cut the tomatoes in 4, season with salt and pepper and set aside. In a hot skillet, place the liquid used to season the shrimp and garlic. Then add the shrimp, the onion and the olives. While the prawns are golden, cook the pasta for about 3 minutes, or until al dente. When the prawns are almost ready, add the tomatoes and leave for another 2 minutes. Remove from the heat as soon as the shrimp are golden brown. Make the dish, finishing with the sesame and the slices of pecorino cheese.
