It is a diet different from most diets, which usually make an intense cut in the amount of calories consumed daily.

The diet created by the American nutritionist has two phases.

Each of them has very specific objectives


And that is perhaps what makes this diet so efficient: because it has different steps, it becomes simpler to do, after all, each step lasts only a few days.

The first phase has only four days.

The second second phase is more extensive, lasts four weeks.

However, it is very important that the two phases are made, because if one is skipped the diet will not have the same effectiveness.

The first phase is essential, since it prepares the body to have a good response in the second phase.

First phase of zero belly diet

In this first phase, the goal is to detoxify the body.

Thus it is designed to eliminate any inflammatory process that is occurring in the digestive tract.

The goal of this phase is detoxification, but weight loss will already occur because the diet of this phase has a menu of only 1,200 calories.

According to Cynthia Sass, already in the first phase of the diet it is possible to reduce the abdominal circumference by up to 14 cm, which is really a sensational mark.

The difference will be easily noticed by anyone!

One of the secrets of this phase is water sass (detoxifying).

Here's how to make the water sass:

INGREDIENTS

2 liters of water

1 teaspoon freshly ground ginger

1 medium cucumber (peeled and thinly sliced)

1 medium lemon (peeled and thinly sliced)

12 mint leaves

METHOD OF PREPARATION



Put all the ingredients in a jar and leave in the refrigerator overnight (you will consume consume all the preparation in one day).

FIRST DIET PHOTO CARD

Breakfast: 1 cup of green tea, 1 whole toast, 1 spoon (dessert) of extra virgin olive oil.

Lunch: 1 glass of sass water (before the meal), 1 plate of salad of lettuce, arugula, watercress and tomato, 1 tablespoon of brown rice with Brazil nuts, 1 shell (average) of beans, 1 grilled steak (thin), 3 tablespoons (Brussels sprouts).

Snack: 1 cup (200 ml) juice made with sass water: 1 carrot, 1 leaf of cabbage and 5 almonds or 1 tablespoon of flaxseed.

Dinner: 1 glass of water sass, 1 plate (dessert) of chickpea salad with green apple and chicken breast or turkey.

Second phase of zero belly diet

There will be four key weeks to work on food re-education.

It is very important because with this re-education you will eliminate bad eating habits, avoiding that you regrow after the end of the diet.

This phase of the diet is not as restrictive in terms of calories, which is perfectly understandable because it is a dietary reeducation.

Despite this, it will eliminate many pounds as it will be high consumption thermogenic foods.

SECOND PHASE OF THE DIET CARD

Breakfast: 1 cup of green tea, 2 whole-grain toast with 1 tablespoon of tahini (sesame paste), 1 teaspoon of honey.

Lunch: 1 plate (dessert) of lentil salad, tomato and green apple, season with olive oil and chopped walnuts; 4 meatballs (roasted), 2 tablespoons (quinoa) grains.

Snack: 1 cup (200ml) of cabbage juice with lime orange and 1 tablespoon of flaxseed, 1 prune.


Dinner: 1 plate (dessert) of salad of green leaves (varied) with cherry tomatoes; 1 serving of fillet of fish with cashew or sesame crust, 1 plate of vegetables (assorted) in the steam, 2 tablespoons of whole pasta with the extra virgin olive oil.
