Ingredients
400 gr of ground beef
2 loaves (French type or "salt" type) preferably sun-dried
2 eggs
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 chopped onion
3 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup (tea) of green smell
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation
Remove the peel of the loaves (only the very shallow peel) and discard them, chop them coarsely and soak in the water for 5 minutes. The water should cover the breads. After this time, squeeze them with your hands and remove any excess water.
Mix the ground beef, the bread squeezed and all the other ingredients until forming a uniform "masa", to see if this good of salt.
Make balls and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
