Chicken fillet with bacon and parmesan cheese





























Ingredients

1 chicken breast cut into fillet
2 tablespoons mustard
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 packet of onion cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 packets of grated cheese
Strips of bacon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, place the chicken fillets, with the garlic pounded, the lemon juice, the mustard, the mayonnaise and the packet of onion cream
Season the steaks with this pasta leaving 20 minutes in the seasoning
Then brown the seasoned fillets on the grated cheese
Top with 1 slice of bacon
Put in a refractory and take the form for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden

Serve with white rice and corn cream
