Orange Salad Lime and Pomelo rose with frozen triple sec and mint, served with Sicilian lemon ice cream


Ingredients:
8 oranges Lima


8 Pomelos rose color
1 bouquet of mint
100 ml of Grand Marnier liqueur *
250 g of ice cubes
100 g of sugar
Sicilian lemon ice cream

Method of preparation:
With the aid of a very sharp knife, make the buds of the oranges and grapefruits without leaving the white skin and the seeds. Save the juice and sift it. Remove the mint leaves and wash. Dry and place inside the blender and beat together with the sugar, the ice cubes the Grand Marnier and the juice of the oranges and the grapefruits. Store the mixture inside the freezer.

Mounting the plate:
On a large bottom plate arrange the orange slices side by side neatly near the edge of the dish making the design of a crown. Do the same thing inside the dish with the grapefruit buds, neatly leaving a small space for the ice cream ball. With help of a tablespoon pour the frozen on top of the fruit and add the ice cream ball in the middle. Garnish with mint and serve quickly.
