Ingredients
1 cup of rice
1 liter of water
1 liter of milk
1 can of condensed milk
3 eggs (egg whites and separate yolks)
6 tablespoons of sugar
cinnamon powder to taste
Preparation
Put the rice and water in a pan.
Cook until rice is cooked and almost all water has evaporated.
In a bowl, combine milk, condensed milk and 3 egg yolks.
Add this mixture to the rice and simmer until it forms a thick cream.
In the mixer, beat the 3 egg whites until reaching the snow point.
Then add sugar and beat until you get the point of sigh.
Put this mixture, slowly, in the pan along with the rice with the cream still warm, beating vigorously, to leave homogeneous.
Put in a refractory, sprinkle the cinnamon powder on top and let it chill.
