Ingredients
1 Box of Corn Penne Noodles and Quinoa Fit Food (250g)
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 lemon juice
1 cup cherry tomato
Basil
Rose Salt with Herbs for Barbecue
Preparation
Cook the penne and drain.
Beat avocado with water, olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning of pink salt with herbs.
Add the avocado mixture on the penne, and add the tomatoes and basil leaves.
Serve immediately.
