Ingredients
1 bunch of broccoli
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 liter of water
250g chopped diced bacon
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic on slices
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
Wash broccoli and soak in vinegar mixed with water for 15 minutes. Drain and then cut into bouquets and set aside. In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, fry the bacon in the fat itself, remove and set aside. Put the olive oil in the same skillet and fry the rolled garlic until it starts to blush. Remove half and place on tissue paper. Return with half the bacon to the frying pan with the garlic. Add the broccoli and saute slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put in a dish and decorate with the reserved bacon and fried garlic.
