Spaghetti with cream and ham




















Serves 4 portions

Ingredients
1 package (500g) spaghetti pasta
Salt to taste
1 cup chopped chives



Creamy ham sauce

1 small onion, chopped into small pieces
2 tablespoons butter
400g cooked ham cut into strips
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 cups hot milk
1 canister (200g) of sour cream
Salt and nutmeg grated to taste

Preparation

Sauce
Sauté the onion in butter until tender.
Add the cooked ham and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the flour and stir until golden brown.
Add the hot milk, gradually and always stirring, and cook until thick.
Incorporate the cream, expect to heat and season with salt and nutmeg.
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water seasoned with salt until al dente.
Drain the dough and transfer to a platter.
Drizzle with the sauce, spread the chives on top and serve immediately.
