Ingredients
1 liter of milk
2 boxes of passion fruit gelatin
Syrup
1 passion fruit
5 tablespoons of sugar
150 ml of water
Preparation
Bring the milk to a boil, when it is too hot to dissolve the gelatin.
So cool slightly beat the blender well.
Place the mixture in a pudding form and refrigerate, preferably from the day before.
Syrup
Bring to the fire the passion fruit with seed, sugar and water.
Boil to consistency, cool slightly.
Unmold the mousse and decorate with the syrup
