Whiting with seasoned white sauce






















Serves 4 portions 

Ingredients
1 fillet of whiting (800 g)
6 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup (tea) fresh cream
1/3 cup of dried dill or fennel
Salt to taste


Preparation

Heat the oven to medium (338 ° F to 374 ° F).
Season the filet with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt and olive oil.
Place on a medium baking sheet, cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until, when
fish with a fork, it splits into splinters.

Prepare the sauce: In the blender, beat for 1 minute 3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh cream, dill and 1/2 tablespoon of salt, but reserve two tablespoons of dill or fennel .
Transfer the fish to a platter, drizzle with the sauce, sprinkle with the reserved dill and serve.
